"Guest lecturing is rewarding in that it allows me to stay abreast of what the next generation is thinking and what the top academics are concerned about and it allows me to give back and share my wisdom with tomorrows society leaders."

As a globally renowned speaker, you have inspired so many of us. What motivates you to indulge in these speaking engagements?

To help people grow themselves, their teams and their companies. To help people thrive and remain relevant in transformative times.

You were named by BusinessWeek as a top business leader for your pioneering innovation work, and TIME has dubbed you as a top ‘Marketing Innovator’. What advice do you have for educators in applied disciplines that are training the next batch of industry?

I would advise students to never forget to be students for life. Spend an hour a day learning for the rest of your life to remain relevant. Try to do one new thing a day to keep you out of a rut.

What advice would you give industry folks who want to give back to the academic community in some way?

Giving back to academy is among the most impactful things you can do because you are scaling your wisdom and sowing seeds of growth for the future.
